The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has announced its plans for the build-up to the African Olympic qualifying event in Egypt.
The 'Dream Team V' will hold a training camp in Portugal from 12 November as they get ready for the tournament that kicks off on 26 November.
NFF spokesman Ademola Olajire told BBC Sport that the weather was a key factor in choosing Portugal.
"The weather in Portugal appears more appropriate for us," he said.

"We have prepared for other tournaments there, the team will derive adequate focus and understanding there."

Nigeria were the first African side to win gold at the Olympics in Atlanta in 1996 and grabbed a silver in Beijing three years ago.
But after failing to qualify for the football event of the 2011 All Africa Games, the NFF are determined to get them to London.
"It was a huge disappointment [missing out on Mozambique] so the coach and the NFF are working closely to ensure a ticket to London is achieved in Egypt," Olajire added.
"The team will camp in Portugal for ten days then fly out to Cairo on 22 November.
Hosts Egypt are in Group A with South Africa, Gabon and Ivory Coast.
The top two teams in each group will advance to the semi-finals before Africa's representatives for the tournament are known.
Cameroon are the other African side to have won gold at the Olympics and they achieved their feat in Sydney in 2000.
